It’s been a long time but finally daddy is off for 4 whole days so it should be time for some fun! First fun thing we did was, erm, well go to Asda (yawn) Daddy did buy me a car as I had been a good boy for mummy all week and done lots of poos in the potty at nursery.

When we got back daddy went for a hair cut (finally) and after lunch I had one too!! I didn’t really like it but it had to be done but as I didn’t really sit still its not that straight, mummy says it will be fine once it grows back!

Once we had finished cleaning up we went to take a look at a new park, well it wasn’t really a park it was a old railway line. I quite liked it especially the old bridges that made really good echos, I spent ages standing under them shouting!! Daddy tried to take some nice photos of me but due to a combination of bad light and an unwilling subject we didn’t end up with many good ones.

I’m going to be a puffin

This will be my fourth room at nursery and there is only one more left after Puffins. I’ve had a couple of visits and I really like it mainly cos they have a train track!

I hope mummy finds some work soon or I won’t be a puffin for long.

Yay we found the Sealife photos on the other camera:

Big boys toys

Daddy says when boys get bigger so do their toys – I can’t wait to be as big as Uncle Mike, in fact I’ve already told mummy that I’d like an airport for a present!

Talking of presents I got a present from nursery today – it’s a red bag with some books and crayons in it just like I had from the health visitor at my 2 year check up.

Can you guess where I’ve been?

That’s right, we’ve been to Granny and Grandad’s! Well actually we’ve been back for a week now so I suppose it’s about time we had some updates. Lots has happened while we’ve been away. We took mummy’s car with us so Uncle Mike could help daddy to fix the brakes (daddy pretty much helps the same way I do by watching but he doesn’t ask quite so many questions so he’ll never learn like me!) but it turned out that mummy’s car was more poorly than we than we thought. Our trip to Brighton ended on the back of a tow truck which I thought was the best bit of the holiday!

Brighton – things to see

So after a few days at Granny and Grandad’s house it was time for them to go back to work so we headed off to Brighton. I was very impressed with our hotel room view, my favourite, trains! The first day wasn’t particularly nice weather so we headed for the Sealife Centre when we’d got settled in. I can’t find any pictures of it just yet but let’s just say there was lots of fish and a giant turtle! After we saw Nemo Mummy said lots of famous people live in Brighton and she wasn’t wrong, I spotted Igglepiggle (although I’ve seen him before) and Lightening Macqueen the next day!!!

I’m still not sure who the cow was but I had a good look!

Brighton – things to do

Well apart from celebrity spotting there is quite a lot to do in Brighton. Mummy and daddy seemed to like shopping and eating but I thought we could do that anywhere so mostly slept through that as much as I could. I would recommend a spot of gambling on a rainy day or a nice park when the sun comes out – unfortunately we seemed to get the wrong activity for the wrong weather but nevermind I still had fun!
