Mummy and I got the bus into town today and get daddys first Christmas present, we also got Charlie a toy to play with. Bad news though word on the net is that they have stopped making my dummys!
We stayed at home today and waited for a man to come to fix our damp wall in the living room but he didnt come! How rude!!!
Finally after 4 days at work daddy gets a day off. We went to see Nanna and Grandad then to Saltburn-by-the sea. Mummy and daddy had fish and chips then we went for a walk along the sea front then sat on the peir and eat ice cream except i wanted more than i was aloud and had a good moan when I was told no. There was loads of surfer dudes, mummy likes it and said we could go back another time for a longer walk. Charlie seemed to like it too.
Swiming today, havent been to millhouse for a long time
As it was daddys last day off work he took Mummy and me to Newcastle to Mangos for dim sum. I sat in a high chair like a big boy and had a few little tasters, I quite liked it think I would have them again (can you tell from my picture?). We got the train there and back, it was very good, I liked looking out the window and seeing all the trees and the cars go by.
Daddy decided he needed a coat like mummys, she was not too happy about them looking like twins with the same coat on but we went to Dalton park any way and he got a blue one to keep him dry, shame he didnt have it last week in the Lakes.
Daddy watched the grand prix on his new tv for the first time today but he was not happy as Lewis won but then they took the win off him cause they said he cheated, its a disgrace he says!
Time to head back home after our holiday but before we left the lake had filled up so much that cocktail island and the bridge to it had flooded compleatly!
Today we went to Ambleside for a look around the shops then we went accross the hills to mummy and daddys favorit hotel for lunch. They didnt seem very happy with the food they said something about nothing staying the same. After lunch I had a good long snooze as we headed back to Windermear so mummy could go to the Lakeland shop. The roads were really wet with all the rain and when we got back the lake was so full that the bridge to cocktail island was almost flooded.
Mummy was missing shopping so we took a drive to Lancaster to have a look round the shops, Daddy finally got an umbrela but really he wants a coat like Mummys. We went swiming again when we got back but it has rained quite a bit again today.
