Reward: lots of smiles
Thomas has been missing for a few days now and I just don’t know where he could be. Mummy has helped me look everywhere, under the settees, under the bookshelf, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, even in my toy boxes but he’s nowhere to be found…
Daddy bought me Henry at the weekend and I still have James, (in fact I’ve been keeping a very close eye on both of them since Thomas left) but no-one is substitute for Thomas 🙁
Come home soon Thomas, we miss you!
Well it’s only 12 days now until I’m 1 year old and I’m working on having my own steak for a special birthday dinner! Mummy has discovered 2 more top teeth almost through, so that will make 7 in total – just call me gnasher!
Daddy had to go to work today, but after tomorrow he’s not going for 6 whole days yippee! We’re going to see granny and grandad and on Saturday mummy and daddy are abandoning me for the first whole night ever, I’m already planning all the good games I can get up to with granny and grandad – I hope they like early mornings more than mummy does!
Well with today being valentines day I decided to wake them up at 6.20 and make mummy get up and take me down stairs to play. When daddy got up he was eager to go shopping so he could pick up his new glasses, they look very posh!
There was lots of cards and presents this morning not too sure what its all about and they kept saying they couldn’t wait for me to go to bed so they could have their nice meal, I don’t know some times I think I get in the way.
Wow it’s snowed all day long and I’ve got a new friend who lives in my garden. He doesn’t say much but I don’t mind cos neither do I really!
Mummy’s hoping it was all the food that kept me sleeping last night because today I’ve had 1 weetabix and strawberries, 2 bits of cheesy/apple flapjack, 1 crispbread, 1 slice fruit toast, satsuma, half banana, few blueberries, pork dinner, yogurt, a few buttons and 2 and half big chips from mummy’s dinner! Wow on that I should sleep until my birthday!!
Mummy dressed me in 2 of everything and I was allowed out in the garden to see the snow and have my picture taken standing by my swing… but it was too good an opportunity to miss by just standing there!!!
Well after I was such a good boy and slept until 7am on the dot this morning, mummy said we could go swimming this afternoon if it stayed clear and ever since it hasn’t stopped snowing! Maybe we’ll get to play in it later on…
Mummy and daddy have finally got round to adding some new stuff to my website – there’s pics in Dec, Jan and Feb and a few new videos of me showing off too! We hope you enjoy them.
]As with all good busy days I decided it was best to start early at about 5.20 even though Mummy and Daddy tried to ignore me and get me to go back to sleep. Once we had all got up we went to Middlesbrough again (we only went the other day!) as Daddy had decided he wanted to go and get some things for their romantic night away with out me.
An early start also needs a good meal so we all went to pizza hut but by the time we got there I was tired Daddy managed to carry me from the car and set me down on the seat next to him for a nap.
When we got back Daddy did some more filling and sorting out in the hall way so that they can finish of the painting, few. See I told you it was a busy day!
Well we haven’t really been up to much of any interest the last few days. I’ve still got my cold but I am feeling much better, although I did have a little episode this morning and managed to be sick all over me and mummy, I wasn’t as bothered as mummy though and just carried on eating my toast. It’s only 3 weeks and 1 day until my birthday so I’ve decided it’s time I demonstarted what I’ve been learning this last year. Mummy has taken lots of videos of me building towers, stacking rings, sorting shapes, pushing cars and giving myself a round of applause! However mummy hasn’t been as productive as me and still hasn’t learnt how to put videos on here so you’ll have to wait until daddy gets round to it to see me in action! ps my 5th tooth has finally broken through today!
Well despite waking up at half past 5 sounding pretty bad, mummy though I was a fair bit better today. We had fun staying in the warm and watching the snow, it was pretty big at times. When it came to nap time though I couldn’t stop coughing when I was lying down and in the end I was sick all over my bed, floor, the stairs, mummy and me, oh dear. Mummy didn’t risk leaving me in my cot this afternoon when I started coughing again, something about 3 lots of washing being enough for one day! So I haven’t had much sleep today and I’m pretty grumpy, hopefully a nice bath will sort me out ready for bed.
