Oh dear I think daddy had caught my germs. He has been laying on the sofa shivering since we got back from Nanna and Grandads, oops. Good job mummy is home to look after us. The only problem being she is going to get her tooth fixed! I hope the dentist doesn’t hurt her.
…. I wish it would make me healthy, wealthy and wise!
Oh dear me I kept mummy and daddy awake most of last night as i was very restless and wanted to get up at 2am. Mummy wasn’t very happy when it was her turn to get up with me (at 5am) as it was daddy’s turn to have a lie in.
When daddy got up at 9 mummy was so tired mummy went back to bed! Later on daddy took me with him whilst he got the car washed the men did a good job but I wasn’t too happy when they opened my door to clean inside the doors! It was so thrilling that I fell asleep on the way home from the car wash.
Mummy and daddy are trying to get me well again so we stayed in all day we didn’t even go shopping! We did have a good afternoon of playing even if I did do lots of moaning.
Oh no what a day, will I ever be well again? Spent the day coughing, sneezing, being sick and moaning and if that wasn’t bad enough when mummy had finally had enough of me and put me in the bath i was covered from head to toe in spots I even have them on my bum! We have put some of the magic cream that I had when I was a baby and used to get spots to see if its the same thing, if they don’t go i might have to see the doctor again!

thats the new word of the day! I’m not very well AGAIN! daddy is not very happy having to pay all this money just for me to keep getting ill, as soon as I start getting well I’m ill again! Yesterday I coughed so much I was sick all over and daddy had to clean me up, oh what a day. On top of that we spent most of the day messing about with mummy’s car taking it to the garage and it looks like they have cause more harm than good!
Daddy is very impressed with my vocabulary. So far I can say, yeah, in there, car (my favourite word) oh, who dat, mama and dadda. Not too many words but not bad and growing all the time!
Me and daddy keep getting to nursery early, he likes it when I jump in the ball pool!
After getting daddy up nice and early so he could update the website and make mummy a nice breakfast we went to feed the ducks. Not our ducks though some that live in the posh country park at Sedgfield. We had to wrap up warm again like we did last night because it was cold burrr! There was lots of ducks and rather than feed all our bread to some of them we kept walking around and fed loads. It was a very long walk but it was very nice, there was lots of gravel paths, strange buildings, nice views and even a little waterfall. I was tired after all of that but we had to go and take our water sample to the pet shop to see why the fish died during the week. The lady said that there was too much ammonia in the tank and that daddy had to change the water and put some chemicals in to save the other 2 fish! Its not easy looking after them, I think genuine pigs look easier to look after.
After lunch we popped to see Granny and Grandad as we haven’t seen them for ages. Granny was back in bed as her feet had gone all puffy again, least she has a comfy bed now so hopefully that will fix her quick because I missed not waiving to her through the window when we left.
Hi all just to let you know daddy has been updating my videos onto the video page. Last weekend he updated the pictures page too!
Daddy had a long sleep this morning then went to have his hair cut, there was a long queue but he decided that as his hair was so scruffy he best just say and get it cut, its a good job he did because he was starting to look like a hobo. Whilst he was there he spotted a good deal on a new baby laptop called a netbook, he says its for Christmas but he had it out playing with it later on.
When he got back from having his hair cut the post man had been and brought his new Xbox game, he was very happy because it had been delivered 4 days before he should have got it! We had a drive to big Tesco at Stockton and i had just fallen asleep when we eventually found a parking space. They had lots of jumpers for me but mummy didn’t like any of them but i did get some new jeans. Next we went to Teesside park so daddy could get his netbook and mummy and i went to look in Marks and Spencer and Asda but they didn’t have any jumpers mummy liked either.
At bed time we didn’t got to bed we went out to the sea front to watch the fireworks! it was really busy daddy said he had never seen so many cars in Hartlepool all at the same time, the queue to Seaton went right to the big round about near out house, daddy went the other way and we parked on the marina near mummy and daddy’s old flat and walked along the sea front, daddy said it was so the bangs didn’t scare me but i was quite happy running about and watching for Thomas coming along the tracks but i didn’t see him. I was very tired but the time it was bed time daddy is hoping ill have a lie in tomorrow morning!
Happy birthday Granny I hope you like your card I made you, I was a bit reluctant to part with it but agreed with mummy in the end that we should send it for your birthday! There are lots of pretty stars in the sky tonight for Granny’s birthday – mummy says they’re called fireworks but I say star.
I’m still a bit of a poorly boy and mummy finally decided enough was enough and took me to see the doctor. He said stuck a metal thing on my chest and back and I sat very still, then he felt my neck and I sat even stiller, next he wanted to look in my mouth but I kept it firmly shut! Anyway he said I had swollen glands and a rattly chest and gave me some new medicine that mummy has to keep in the fridge. He also said that babies like me are often ill with lots of bugs for 3 to 4 months after starting nursery, wow and mummy and daddy told me nursery would be good for me! Just to cheer us up even more he said it woudl be the same when I started school and every time I got new friends and basically I might be ok by the time I am 10!
As if that isn’t bad enough, now I’m expected to earn my keep at nursery. I have to get lots of people to sponsor me to wear my jimjams to nursery to raise money to help children in need – I’m not sure but I think I’m a children in need so maybe its for my christmas presents!?!
